High-speed chase ends in arrests
South Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Kevin Karley says a trooper clocked a driver at 87mph, just East of Rapid City. The driver would not slow down and a chase ensued. Speeds reached 105mph before the chase ended on North 171st Avenue, East of New Underwood. Is "small-town" Rapid City seeing "big city" crime?
