Originally from Detroit, Sarah Vanse relocated to the Black Hills in 2011 after spending time in northern Michigan, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Illinois. Traveling with her talented husband, a corporate chef, Sarah loves meeting new people, photographing new places, and diving into the local flaura and fauna of this beautiful country. She is the mother of an 8 month old cuter-than-life black lab named Storm, who loves to hike with her in the Black Hills. Sarah is a collector of Smurfs, plays the piano, loves downhill skiing & S.C.U.B.A diving, and is a retired political junkie.
